1. Since when were girls considered “guys”?

Good question! At Guy.com, we write for guys, but we like to include gals too. It’s not quite a boy’s club — we like to think of it as everybody’s lounge where all are welcome to hang your hats and discuss the good things in life and share advice and experiences that make us all better people. One day we might cover mustaches, and another day we might give you some tips on cleaning out your car or making a kickin’ martini. And truth be told, if there’s an alien invasion, we want to make sure both men and women know exactly how to react…

2. How can I write for you guys?

We’re glad you’re interested! We do occasionally publish guest editors. Please see the list of appropriate topics and submission guidelines on this page. Submissions that do not follow the outlined process will be ignored.

3. Can I send you my resume?

Although we’re flattered that you’d want to write for us, we’re not currently hiring and your resume would only gather dust. But don’t go away yet. We might be able to help you build your resume. We accept content submissions on a limited basis according to these guidelines here.

4. I have a product that might interest your readers. How can I get you to write about it?

You are welcome to send your products and press kits to our street address listed on the contact us page. Receipt of your product, however, does not guarantee coverage of your product on our site.  Please also keep in mind that we like to be honest with our readers, so if you would like us to review your product, it’s a good idea to send us what you think will be most relevant to our readers. 5. Will you link to my blog?

If you have a blog post that you think is absolutely relevant to our site, then feel free to send us a link, and we’ll consider it for our Daily Harvest.  We pay most attention to How-To’s and pieces that we think can be used to enrich our readers’ tastes and cultural awareness. We will not link to your e-commerce site, and obviously aren’t going to pay attention to sweet tidbits of spam you heap upon our plates.  Our office is full of all of the Viagra we can handle.

6. Do you have an RSS feed?

We have several. You can find them on our RSS Page.

7. Can I find you “Guys” anywhere other than the web?

8. What do I do if I found an error on your site?

If you must, you can send us feedback to this address and let us know what’s up.

9. You guys used my photo and didn’t give me any credit! Jerks!

We do our best at Guy.com to respect and credit authorship of any images we use. However, we are human, and some details fall through the cracks. If you are the author of an image, please contact us and let us know. We’ll be happy to work with you to attach the proper credits, or remove the image if you wish.
