Japanese Jukebox: Man With A Mission
Arrooooooo! Get over your hangover with the loud dose of beastly rock from Japanese mammals, Man with a Mission. This wolf gang has been howling their lungs out for the past year, determined to make 2011 the year of the wolf pack.
While wearing wolfy-heads might seem gimmicky, these guys have a knack for party rocking the “F” out and embracing their year round Halloween costumes. Man with a Mission’s newest album is specifically slated for October and entitled Trick or Treat E.P. The first single “Feel and think” brings a 311 hard rock and rap vibe. In this clip from the PV, we get to explore the wolf den at night, and their eyes are a’glow with hunger. Killer.
Man with a Mission released their first full length album in June of this year and pumped things up with the upbeat rocker “Fly Again.” There is a hint of techno love in this track that is just enough to get you out of your chair and dance around. Yeah! E-Yeah-o!
Also on Man with a Mission’s self-titled album is the blatantly profane “Never FXXKIN’ MIND THE RULES.” It should make the 12-year-old boy in you extremely excited watching these guys wolf around town. How can you not like this group? It’s wise to eat them up before they eat you up. There is also a live version of this track on Man with a Mission’s Trick or Treat E.P., just in case you can’t get enough.
Man with a Mission prove that a pack of wolves shred more than just their prey…
Man with a Mission prove that a pack of wolves shred more than just their prey, they can absolutely tear up their guitars. So give it up and adopt a wolfman today. Man with a Mission’s fanbase could potentially appeal to a large base of rockers, ravers, animal lovers, cosplayers and furry fetishists, although that’s total speculation.
